Stevie Harris is the Marketing Director at Superior Capital Advisors, bringing over eight years of specialized expertise in the self storage industry. She excels in strategic digital marketing, partnership development and project management.

Prior to joining Superior Capital Advisors in October 2025, Stevie was instrumental in launching the industry presence for a new brokerage team in the Northeast. In her time served, this team received both regional and national recognition; consistently outperforming sales and marketing KPI’s.

Stevie began her career in professional association management, handling continuing education and ethics compliance for a local Real Estate Agent association in partnership with state and national associations. She holds a degree from Colorado State University.

Known for her detail-oriented, strategic approach, Stevie balances planning with the creativity necessary in digital marketing. She resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband and son.
